Newly hired employees may shop for benefits using the St. Moritz ADP portal starting 30 days after their hire date.  The benefit shopping window will remain open for 30 days.  Coverage selected will be effective on the first of the month after 59 days of employment. Unless you have a qualified change in status, you cannot make changes to the benefits you elect until the next annual Open Enrollment period.  All life event changes must be made within 30 days from event date.

Examples of Qualified changes include:

  • Marriage
  • Divorce
  • Legal separation
  • Birth or adoption of a child
  • Change in child’s dependent status
  • Death of spouse, child, or other qualified dependent
  • Termination of adoption proceedings
  • Change in spouse’s benefits or employment status
